Dangote Cement and BUA Foods have joined other listed companies that have announced their final dividends for the year ended 31 December 2023. According to the statement released by the cement giant, the board of directors of Dangote Cement has proposed N30 per share as the final dividend for shareholders whose names appear in the register of members on or before April 15, 2024.

“By Friday, May 31, 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as of Monday, April 15, 2024, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts,” Dangote Cement said.

In a similar development, the board of directors of BUA Foods has recommended N5.50 per share as the final dividend that will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as at August 23, 2024.

“On 26th September 2024, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 23rd August 2024 and who have completed the edividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts,” BUA Foods said.

The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO) has also recommended N2.54 per share as its final dividend for shareholders whose names appear in the register of members on or before May 10, 2024 while payment will be made on May 24, 2024.

Berger Paints will be paying its shareholders N0.80 per share as the final dividend, subject to shareholders having their names on the register of members on or before April 16, 2024. Payment will pe made on May 14, 2024.

The Nigerian Infrastructure Debt Fund has recommended N4.23 per unit for unitholders whose names appear in the register of unitholders as at the close of business on April 12, 2024. Payment date is April 19, 2024.
