Leandro Trossard took the game beyond Brighton’s reach when he scored in the 86th minute, thanks to a brilliant assist from the Germany international.
Historically, Arsenal has faced challenges against Brighton in recent years. Nonetheless, their precise and effective performance propelled them to victory against Roberto De Zerbi’s side.
The deserved win sees Arsenal leading the league by one point ahead of both Liverpool and Man City.
