The Board of Directors of Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc held its periodic board meeting on the 23rd July 2024. The board approved the bank’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the second quarter of this year, which ended on 30th June 2024.
The Unaudited Financial Statement would be submitted to the regulators on or before 30th July 2024, being supervisory time limit that is in line with the rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited.
The closed period commenced on July 1, 2024, and will continue until twenty-four (24) hours after the Unaudited Financial Statements have been announced to the public.
