Chairman, Etsako East Local Government Council, Hon. (Princess) Benedicta Attoh, has inaugurated ward coordinators for the Asue/Ogie Support Group in Edo North, known as “Edo Voice Movement” (EVM).

She said the PDP will win the Edo governorship election in September, noting, “We may not have money, but we have the people. We are unconcerned about Federal Might because the Federal Government does not vote. This election is all about the People’s Might. Let no one doubt, I can assure you that Asue Ighodalo will be the next Governor.”

According to her, “The strength of a fish is the strength of the River. I am speaking confidently because I am standing on your shoulders as my foot soldiers, the giant in the field to make us realise our goals.”

Hon. (Princess) Attoh therefore tasked the members and newly inaugurated ward coordinators to work as a team, stating, “Together Everyone Achieve More” (TEAM), rather than working independently.” She thanked them for their shared purpose and encouraged them to always work together.

The Council Chairman, who described Asue Ighodalo and Osarodion Ogie as vessels chosen by God to help the common man and Edo State, stated that the two were not accidental candidates or mistakes, but rather God-chosen.

According to her, Asue Ighodalo is the epitome of humility; anyone who wants good governance and the development of Edo State should support him and set aside political interests by praying for Asue Ighodalo and Osarodion Ogie. The rumour of Asue Ighodalo’s disqualification should strengthen your resolve to support the PDP, because sticks and stones are only thrown at fruit bearing trees.
