The Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki, has commiserated with Otunba Dele Oye Esq., the President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (NACCIMA), over the passing of his father, Pa Benson Oyeniran Ogunlusi.
In a statement, Obaseki noted, “I am deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Pa Benson Oyeniran Ogunlusi, father of Otunba Dele Oye Esq., the National President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture (NACCIMA).
“A kind, compassionate, and loving father, the late Pa Benson Ogunlesi loved deeply and warmed the hearts of friends and family around him.
“Pa Ogunlusi lived an exemplary and impactful life of service. He was good-natured and made sacrifices for the benefit of others, a trait which endeared him to all.
“Pa Ogunlusi valued hard work and integrity, which are virtues he instilled in his children, including the National President of NACCIMA, Otunba Dele Oye, preparing them for their foray and exploits in business and other life’s endeavours.”
He added: “He will be remembered for his wise counsel, affable nature, and commitment to the development of his community.
“I commiserate with Dele Oye, the entire Ogunlusi family of Iloja, friends and associates of the deceased and pray that God will grant all the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
