The other 34 states and FCT Abuja recorded various declines in voice subscriptions.

The states with the worst decline in voice subscriptions are Oyo, 6.14 percent; Akwa Ibom, 6.19 percent; Enugu, 6.87 percent; Zamfara, 7.53 percent, and Abia, 7.80 percent.
