The Executive Chairman of Etsako Central Local Government Area, Hon. Solomon Obomighie, on Saturday, together with the HOLGA Mr. James E. Okungbowo, conducted an inspection of the new film village located in Etsako Central LGA. The primary purpose of the inspection was to assess the current stage of construction at the site.
During the inspection, Hon. Obomighie expressed his enthusiasm for the project and encouraged all investors within the entertainment and film industry to consider Fugar as a prime location for the production of various movies, highlighting the potential of the new film village to provide a conducive environment for creating innovative and engaging content, thus transforming the landscape of film production in the region.
The chairman further emphasized the importance of collaboration between investors and local authorities to leverage the resources available in Etsako Central LGA for the advancement of the entertainment sector. He extended an invitation to all stakeholders in the film industry to explore the opportunities offered by the new film village and contribute to shaping a vibrant film production hub in the area, according to a press statement signed by Igbanor Anthony A., Chief Press Secretary, Office of the Executive Chairman Etsako Central Council.
