The Edo DJ’s Movement has declared its unwavering support for Barr. Asue Ighodaro and Barr. Osarodion Ogie as the ideal candidates for Governor and Deputy Governor respectively for the September 21 gubernatorial elections in Edo State.
The statement was contained in a press release signed on August 20, 2024, by Hon. Collins Osagie Ogieva (DJ SAXY), Co-ordinator, Edo DJ’s Movement.
According to the statement, “After conducting thorough research on all candidates, the Edo DJ’s Movement is convinced that Barr Asue Ighodaro and Barr Osarodion Ogie possess the vision, expertise, and leadership qualities necessary to elevate Edo State to unprecedented heights.
“To demonstrate their commitment, the Edo DJ’s Movement is launching the “AI O2 Campaign Tour,” a statewide campaign that will visit all Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Edo State. The tour will feature:
– Free Mixtape distribution
– Election sensitization programs
– Music performances
– Raffle draws
– Giveaways
“The tour will culminate in the official release of the “Victory Sound Mixtape,” a testament to the group’s confidence in the candidates’ victory.”
“Our campaigns are strategic and creative, leveraging our unique strengths in entertainment, promotion, experimental marketing, fan base, and publicity to support AI O2 to victory.
“The Edo DJ’s Movement invites the good people of Edo State to anticipate the Edo DJ’s Movements campaign tour and enjoy the goodies coming their way,” the statement added.
