George Ilenikhena has continued his impressive form, scoring his second goal in as many matches for his new club, AS Monaco, during a pre-season friendly against Italian side Genoa.

The former Antwerp striker came on as a second-half substitute and found the back of the net in stoppage time to reduce the deficit for Monaco.

In the closing moments of the match, Ilenikhena received a pass at the top of the box and unleashed a powerful shot that sailed past the diving Genoa goalkeeper. This goal adds to his tally after he also scored earlier this week in another pre-season friendly against Dutch champions Feyenoord, a match Monaco won 3-1.
