MTN Nigeria Communications Plc has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, to consider and approve the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending September 30, 2024. Other agenda items will also be addressed during the meeting.
“In compliance with the Nigerian Exchange Limited post-listing requirements, MTN Nigeria will initiate a Closed Period starting from September 30, 2024. This Closed Period will remain in effect until 24 hours after the Financial Statements have been publicly released.
“During this Closed Period, insiders of the company, including connected persons, are prohibited from directly or indirectly engaging in transactions involving MTN Nigeria’s securities. This measure ensures transparency and prevents potential conflicts of interest,” MTN stated.
