Some listed companies on the Nigerian Exchange Group [NGX] have started releasing the dates for their fourth quarter 2024 board meetings, in preparation to release their financial statements for the period.
Most companies will be holding their board of directors’ meetings, while a few will hold their Annual General Meetings [AGMs] in October 2024. Board meetings are held at intervals to check the performance of a company, their financial statements, while AGMs are held once every year.
Based on the compilations done by the Nigerian Observer, below are some of the companies that will hold their board meetings, and their Annual General Meetings in October 2024.
