Tavengwa Mukuhlani, the Chairman of Zimbabwe Cricket Association, has been appointed interim Chairman of Africa Cricket Association (ACA).
This development took place on Saturday during ACA’s Annual General Meeting held in Harare, Zimbabwe.
For the next six months, Mukuhlani will guide ACA focusing on expanding the sport’s reach across the continent and strengthening talents development pathways. Joining him on the interim executive committee are Uyi Akpata, President of the Nigeria Cricket Federation, along with Riaan Richards of South Africa, Stephen Musale of Rwanda, Michael Nuwagaba of Uganda, and Franklyn Conteh of Sierra Leone.
The interim committee aims to drive new growth and opportunities for African cricket.
