The Edo State Ministry of Information and Communication is set to hold an on-boarding workshop to expose the State Policy Task Team to the Edo State Digital Policy Document and their roles at implementing it.
The on-boarding workshop holds today (Thursday) at the John Odigie Oyegum Public Service Academy, JOOPSA, beginning from 10.am.
This was contained in a letter of invitation sent to permanent secretaries and heads of MDSs, signed by Desmond Agbama, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information and Communication.
The letter specifically requested for the various heads of the respective departments of Research, Planning and Strategy in MDAs as best suited to function as PAT members, emphasizing that where such aren’t available, any other directors could be delegated.
The letter however requested for the release of concerned officers for participation in the on-boarding workshop as the ministries’ participation was essential to efforts at building capacity for the Edo State Digital Policy Advocacy.
