The Super Eagles forward disclosed his ambitions during a live online session with content creator Carter Efe, outlining a long-term strategy focused on talent development and investment in the sport.
Osimhen identified Istanbulspor—a historic side currently competing in Turkey’s TFF First League—as his primary acquisition target. The proposed move would mark his entry into European football management through a club seen as offering both competitive potential and financial accessibility.
In parallel, the 27-year-old is considering establishing or acquiring a club in the Nigeria Premier Football League. The domestic side would function as a developmental hub, identifying and nurturing young Nigerian talent, with a structured pathway for progression to Europe via Istanbulspor.
Speaking during the broadcast, Osimhen emphasized his motivation to contribute to the growth of football in Nigeria, noting his desire to create opportunities for emerging players.
