Uromi – Edo State, The family of Okojie of Efaodia of Esan North East local government area of Edo state had petitioned one Mr Mary Favour over the death of Rita Okojie.
The petition which reads in parts, stated that Mary Favour conspired with yet to be unidentified quack doctor whom administered fake drugs to Rita Okojie.
According to the petitioned the incident happened on the 3, /11/ 2013 in Rita’s apartment in Efaodia uromi. They were on the process of aborting her four months old pregnancy.
The petition further explained that Mary Favour and Okojie Rita had been dating overtime, it is Favour that pregnanted Rita. On the process of terminating the pregnancy, he and the fake Doctor gave her wrong medication, that is eventually what lead the death of the young woman.
The petitioned made available to the press including the Nigerian observer by the police image maker of the state police command.
Meanwhile the divisional police officer DPO (Names withheld) told our Edo central crime correspondence, that because of the high proffered case. The matter had been transferred to the homicide department of the state police command for further investigation.
Meanwhile the state police command had declared Mary Favour wanted to faced prosecution of homicide and murder with an handsome reward for anyone with useful information that could lead his arrest, should please report to the nearest police police station or the state police command. As at press time the whereabout of Mary Favour is unknown.
