Jaiz bank Plc has announced the appointment of Alhaji Tajudeen Aminu Dantata as a non-executive director. The disclosure was made by Mohammed Shehu, company secretary/legal adviser, in a note sent to the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX) recently.
Alhaji Tajuddeen Aminu Dantata holds an Associate of Business Executive Certificate from West London College, United Kingdom, and is an alumnus of Manaret College, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
“His experience comes with diverse knowledge through positions held as Director in the following companies: Dantata Investments and Securities Limited, Express Petroleum and Gas Limited, Dantata Property Development &Mgt. Co. Ltd, Electricity Meter Company of Nigeria, Nigeria Sugar Products Limited, Namco Nig. Ltd, Mentholathum Nigeria Limited and Bebeji Oil & Allied Products Limited,” Jaiz said.
Also, the board believes he has the wealth of experience from diverse training programmes both locally and internationally, noting that he will add value to the board growth.
