The Edo State former Commissioner for Trade, Investment and other Related Matters Hon. Dennis Idahosa said the victory recorded by the
All Progressives Congress, APC, in the just concluded elections in the state is an appreciation by Edo people of Comrade Adams Oshionmole’s
commitment to tranformation agenda in the Edo.
Hon. Idahosa who hails from Iguobazuwa in Ovia South West Local Government Area of Edo State, stated this during his post elections
analysis with journalists in Benin City, yesterday
” It was a kind of appreciation from the people of Edo State to the governor for the great work he has done for the people”. He remarked.
He appealed to  government to provide industry, higher institution and agricultural assistance people of Ovia South West Local Government
Area for voting massively for APC in polls.
He, however, expressed hope that the in-coming General Muhammadu Buhari-APC-led Federal government would create better economic
atmosphere that would encourage and enhance foreign investment in the country.
Hon. Idahosa who is optimistic and hopeful of APC government turning the economy status of Nigeria around, stated that with friendly tax
policy in place, local and foreign investors would naturally help in reducing unemployment in Nigeria.
