BENIN CITY- Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole has timeously signed all processed Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) titles and are ready for collection by the applicants.
Applicants, who have applied for the Certificate of Occupancy are expected to come over to the Ministry of Lands and Survey, Secretarial Building, Sapele Road for collection between the hours of 10:00 am to4:00om daily beginning from the date of this announcement.
Applicants are expected to come with relevant receipt and their Tax Identification Number (TIN) for collection”.
This is contained in a Government Special Announcement signed by the Edo State Commissioner for Lands and Surveys, Hon. Joseph Ayegbeni Ugheoke made available to The NIGERAIN OBSERVER in Benin City yesterday.
According to the statement, “Meanwhile, interested members of the public who wish to obtain the certificate of occupancy (C of O) for their property are by this announcement expected to visit the Ministry of Lands and Surveys for obtainment of details,” noting that “The period for the processing of C of O is now thirty days (30 days).”
