BENIN CITY- The Nigeria Police Force through its Edo State Command has declared wanted one BRIGHT TERRY EYEMWONMWEN who escaped from lawful custody in Benin City, on July 17, 2016.
The suspect, whose whereabouts has remained unknown since his escape was arrested for the gruesome murder of Pa. Odigie Richard, 69, of Ova Community, near Benin City.
This was contained in a release endorsed by the Public Relations Officer for Edo State Police Command DSP Stephen Nwonchie and made available to OBSERVER newspaper in Benin City, yesterday.
According to the statement, BRIGHT TERRY EYEMWONMWEN reportedly shot his victim to death in Ova Community in Ovia North East local government area of Edo State on June 21, 2016.
“The fleeing suspect had also be arrested and detained at Oregbeni and Ogida police stations, Benin City in 2011 and 2012, respectively, for alleged membership of a cult group.
“The suspect speaks Bini and English languages fluently”. The statement added.
It however revealed the identities of the escapee suspect as follows:

The police spokesman however appealed to anyone or group with information that will lead to his rearrest to contact the nearest police station, office of the Public Relations Officer or Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (SCIID), Edo State Police Command headquarters in Benin City for a handsome reward.
