UZEBBA – The entire family of Imohiosen compound, Ivbiughuru, Ogbagun quarters, Iueleha, Owan West Local Government Area, Edo State has formally announced the death of its family head, Apostle Patridk Imohiosen. He was aged 106.

A statement by His eldest son, Pastor Emmanuel Imohiosen on behalf of other family members said that Apostle Patrick Imohiosen is survived by five children including Sir. Barr. Solomon Imohiosen, Editor, Nigerian Observer.

The statement said that Apostle Imohiosen died peacefully in his sleep on August 21, 2017.

The late Apostle Imohiosen, according to the statement was a renowned auto-technician with J, Allen, Aba until the outbreak of the civil war in 1967.

Upon relocation from the East, he joined the Nigeria Police Force and was stationed in Falano, Lagos. He later changed services from the police and took up appointment with the defunct Bendel line now Edo line as Head, supervisor workshop in the 1980’s, the statement said.

He was confirmed Apostle in the Cherubim and Seraphim Church in Benin, a Christian denomination he joined in his early years in the East. He would be remembered as an eloquent speaker, writer, orator, preacher and teacher. As a writer, he dwelt on Christians doctrines and issues of general concern.
