As a measure of putting smile on the faces of the needy and the less privileged in the society in this season of celebration ,an American based humanitarian organisation, Eghomwan Youth Development Initiatives International donated food and other gift items to Iwinosa and Oronsaye Orphanage homes here in Benin City.

The Chief Executive Officer of the Non Governmental Organisation , Ms Oghogho Osagiede represented by Mr Henry Iredia accompanied by members and friends of the NGO visited the Iwinosa and Oronsaye Orphange Maternity Homes where the food items and other gift items was presented to the homes.

Speaking on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer of Eghomwan Youth Development Initiative International ,Mr Henry Iredia commended the proprietress of the homes for their care of the children and urged them to keep doing the selfless services to humanity while also advising the children at the homes to remain confident and keep hope alive as God is still in the business of shaping their destiny.

“As it is our usual custom to put a smile on the faces of the needy and the less privileged in the society ,we are here to celebrate with you ,this is a period to share and extend love and we at Eghomwan Youth Development Initiative International will always and continue to identify with you at all times”.

” Again for us at the EYDII there is no better way of celebrating christmas and the new year than being in the midst of the needy and less privileged children at the orphanage homes and by the grace of God the organisation will continue to do all within its available resourses to impact on the society “he added

Recieving the food items and gifts the Managing Director of Oronsaye Maternity Orphanage Home ,Mr Patrick Oronsaye commended the Chief Executive Officer of Eghomwan Youth Development Initiative International for the donations and for their sustained efforts to improve on the lives of the children in the ophanage homes and prayed God to continue to bless Ms Oghogho Osagiede as she continue to impact on the lives of the needy

He acknowledged that this years visit marks the second or third in the series of the NGO outreach to the home and urged them to continue the good work of impacting on humanity

Highpoint of the visit was the presentation of the food items and other gift amidst jubilations from the children.

Meanwhile the organisation with headquarter in Boston USA and branches across Nigeria ,apart from the recent donations to the orohanage homes have in the past and still doing it carryout the payments of surgery and medical bills for some indigent persons, payment of school fees for children from less privileged homes.

It has also helped individual going through hard times and desire to start a business , payments for those with health challenges and unable to pay their bills as well as those in rehabilitation centers even as far as paying rent for a couple of homeless people amongst others.
