A bisexual suspect simply identified as Festy Philips who hails from Agbor ,Delta state has reportedly flee from a mob attack in a suburb of Lagos state when in early May 2012 he was accosted by an Okada rider identified as Timothy who exposed Festy Philips in graphic details.
Timothy, it was said also hails from the same community in Agbor in Delta state as they were both neighbours .
Narrating the acts of sacrilege by Festy Philips in Agbor Delta state to a crowd of passersby who gathered to hear what transpired ,the Okada rider said the bisexual suspect had been declared wanted for several atrocities in Agbor.
He said Festy Philips was introduced into the sacrilegious act of having unhealthy anal sex with fellow men by one Mr.Nwosu .
The Nigerian Observer gathered that the fleeing bisexual suspect had anal sex with several young men including one notorious homosexual suspect identified as Authority in late 2006/07 before he escaped being apprehended in Agbor where he ran to Abuja.
According to Timothy, the entire community including the village head had placed a huge ransom on Festy Philips to be arrested for all of his atrocities for desecrating the land with his evil act of having anal sex with fellow men.
Speaking further ,after the bisexual suspect had been circled by angry passersby, Timothy said the bisexual suspect after fleeing from the community was still
not done with his evil desire of having anal sex as he attempted to lure one Richard, an in-law married to his younger sister into the sacrilegious act before he was again exposed prompting him to escape again
The Okada rider said he was shocked several years after the sacrilegious act when unexpectedly he ran into the fleeing bisexual suspect who he feared would have lured unsuspecting boys into the dangerous practice of having anal sex without knowing the dangerous consequences
The Nigerian Observer gathered that as the angry passersby were about to unleash terror owing to the late arrival of the police to the scene of incident, Festy Philips who was being manhandled managed to escape into a large waiting crowd at another end of the suburb after running several distance to escape being lynched to death by the angry mob.
Meanwhile, following the late
arrival of the police at the scene of the large gathering of angry passersby , the police requested the Okada rider to give a detailed account of the antecedents of the fleeing bisexual suspect at the police station.
Festy Philips, the fleeing bisexual suspect who has been declared wanted ,was born 1984 and hails from Ozanogogo area in Agbor Delta state
