One Precious Odeh, who was caught in homosexual act with his friend, Osas Osagiede in an uncompleted building in Benin City has been declared wanted by the Nigerian Police.
The two young men were arrested on March 26, 2014. On March 28, Precious Ode was released on bail while the case was charged to Court on April 1, 2014.
Meanwhile, efforts to get Precous Odeh to appear in court for prosecution and his defence has proved abortive as his whereabouts remains unknown as at press time.
It would be recalled that in Nigeria, any one found guilty of homosexual act(s) is liable for imprisonment of not less than 14 years.
