A woman of substance is strong in character, morals and principles. She had the most beautiful personality of which such women’s children are blessed if possess a medium of that beauty. People admired women of substance in the society which they live and wished they could be like them.
Women of substance are humble and spiritual and lovely. Some women through their mothers had become women of substance, women of dignity and women full of emulation and most times, they are pace setters for other women.
A woman of substance is a woman of good behavioral structure, she is consistents, has more to her than meet the eye and she has a variety of interest outside and within her home and family. She is interesting to get to know, she possess a depth of personality and character.

A woman of substance must live by her morals and values in life because it inspires, motivates and energise her doing something significant in the world. As children, we are always being told to be a persons of morals and we are educated to understand what our values are.
I think when we grow, we seem to loose or forget about those crucial qualities and in order for us to be descent human being, we should consider re-educating ourselves on morals and values.
The pressure put on women in today’s society is immense and I admire any female out there who do not let the high demand and expectation get them down. In a research carried out, it was understood that women should not let the likes of “perfected” images or critism affect them, and it has come as such a relief to them and realised that being yourself and feeling happy as yourself just the way you are, signifies the word “beauty”.
Women are specially blessed with voice to use them so as a woman, use your voice. A woman of relatively quiet and a woman of not many words who next to never will indulge in small talk chit-chat. It is just who she is.
However on other hand, when it comes to standing up for what they believe in or voicing their opinion on things, they never fail to make use of what God has given them, which is their melodous voice. And neither shall a woman of substance make use of what God has given them and say what they think, say what they believe in and argue against what they don’t.
A woman of substance follows her heart and never give up. They can do anything they wished to do with strong determination and believing, hopeful that it will yield a positive result that will uplift their ego.
Women of substance are more assertive and persuasive, have a stronger need to get things done and are more willing to take risk than male leaders when they are leaders. Women leaders were also found to be more empathetic and flexible, as well as stronger in interpersonal skills than their male counterpart enabling them to read situation accurately and take information in from all sides.
Women of substance who are leaders are able to bring others around to their points of view because they genuinely understand and care about where others are coming from so that the people they are leading feel more understood, supported and valued.

You most likely wont get a boob shot or a something you can sneak a peek at when you need a jump start you wont meet through a phone app and when you ask for a picture, it is a nude one right from the start. She will want more than sex, so she will not start the relationship with sex because she is smart enough to know that sex is everything.
Sex seems to be the biggest relationship issue today, you know some one for a few days and then you are having sex. The woman of substance will not be found in such category.
One of the signs to know you are with the right woman is when you notice that you don’t have to ask her for space. She is smart enough to know that she do not have to spend every waking moment hanging onto your arm and telling you to talk to her. She will need her space too, and she do not mind giving it to you.

Elizabeth Blackwell, 1821 – 1910, was the first American woman awarded a medical degree by a college. After been rejected by the major medical schools in the nation because of her sex. She did not give up knowing the stuff and dream she hold to herself and others. She pursue further and attended Geneva College in New York. Elizabeth Blackwell later founded a women’s medical college to train other women physicians.
Marie Curie, 1867 – 1934, a woman of high esteem, a woman of substance, a physicist, was the first woman to win a noble prize, she actually won it twice and the first woman to earn a doctorate in Europe. Her investigation led to the discovery of radioactivity as well as the element radium.
Amella Earhart, 1897 – 1937, was the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean, she opened the skies to others women. In 1937 while attempting to became the first person to fly around the world, Earhart plane disappeared over the percific ocean. Ladonna Harris, born 1931, she was the President and Founder of American for Indian Organisation, devoted to developing the economic opportunities and resources of Indians. Raised up by her grand parents with traditional Comanche Values, Harris has been politically active all her life, she has crusade for the right of children and women, and for the elimination of poverty and discrimination.
Aung San Suukyi, one out of the most 20 influential women in the world. Having fought courageously for human right and democracy, Suukyi is the world’s only noble peace prize recipient currently imprisoned.
