The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) members who had the nays promptly rose and chanted “all we are saying save Nigeria” as they waved the country’s  flags and prevented Kachikwu from coming into the chamber, making the rowdy session lasting for about 30 minutes.

The speaker described the development as the beauty of democracy before yielding the floor to the Minority Leader, Rep. Leo Ogor, to move that the House go into an executive session, which was adopted through a voice vote.
