The marriage institution is facing a lot of challenges. Apart from the gay union which is a major attack against the marriage institution, divorce is another major problem facing the marriage institution. In the gospel of Mark 10:1-12 our Lord Jesus Christ condemn all forms of divorce. According to him, ‘God made them male and female.’ ‘For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let not man put asunder.” May God keep married couples united and may He cancel every spirit of divorce in Jesus name – Amen!
Inspirational Message: Undivided Unity is the essence of marriage. Nothing and nobody can separate what God has united.
Prayer for Married Couples: Lord Jesus Christ, you came to restore the marriage institution. You put an end to all the irrelevant questions on marriage and divorce. As long as you are concerned nothing can separate what you joined together. Lord, may you deliver married couples from the spirit of division and separation. Keep them united all the days of their lives. And may their union bring glory and honour to your name, through Christ our Lord – Amen!
Prophetic Message: You must be Steadfast
To be steadfast is to be committed and resolute, without any doubt or any shaking! “Behold, we call those happy who were steadfast. YOU HAVE HEARD OF THE STEADFASTNESS OF Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful.” The steadfast ones are the happy ones. Child of God, as you remain steadfast in your faith in God, you will enjoy inner peace and you will be happy forever in Jesus name – Amen!

Christology: Jesus, the Friend of the Little children
As people were bringing their children to Jesus, the disciples tried to stop them but Jesus said to them, “Let the children come to me, do not hinder them; for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.”And he took them in his arms and blessed them, laying his hands upon them. Our Lord Jesus Christ is indeed the friend of Children and of the little ones. Child of God, Jesus is your friend. He loves you! He cares for you. He will not allow anybody to snatch you from his hands. He will continue to defend you and through you God’s name will be glorified in Jesus name – Amen!
Inspirational Message: People may try to disregard you but Jesus will always be there to defend you. He is the friend of the little ones!
Prayer for Little Children: Lord Jesus Christ, you loved the little ones so much that you did not allow your disciples to separate them from your presence. By blessing the little children you have already cancelled all the curses they inherited from their parents and family. Lord, deliver our children from hatred and spirit of initiation. As you continue to bless them may they grow in wisdom and knowledge and through them may God’s name be glorified through Christ our Lord – Amen!
Prophetic Message: You will be healed!
Nothing can be as uncomfortable as sickness. It can make one to loose his sleep and even appetite. A lot of people have lost their lives through sickness while many others are still lying helplessly on sick beds. For God’s children there is a way out! St. James wrote to his fellow believers in James 5:13-20: “Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the Church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will save the sick man, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man has great power in its effects.” Child of God, with prayer, your healing is assured. You will not die in your sickness. The Lord will surely restore your health and it shall be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!

Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity
Christology: Jesus, the Man with the Highest Authority, the Second Person of the Trinity
Today, is the solemnity of the Blessed Trinity. We, Christians believe in three Persons in One God. We believe in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. In the gospel of Matthew 28:16-20 Jesus declares, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the close of the age.” Baptism is one of the Trinitarian proofs. During the baptism of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit descended upon him in the form of a Dove. The Father’s Voice was heard. At our own baptism the Trinity is equally present because we are baptized in the name of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Among the Trinity, our Lord Jesus Christ is the Second Person of the Trinity. He is the Man with the highest authority. To him be praise both now and forevermore – Amen!
Inspirational Message: Faith in the Trinity is the fullness of Divine manifestation. To God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit, be glory and honour both now and forevermore – Amen!
Prayer to the Trinity: God the Father, you created me out of nothing and you love me so much that you gave your only begotten Son for my Salvation – You are my Creator! Lord Jesus Christ, God the son, out of love you laid down your life for my sake – You are my Redeemer! God the Holy Spirit, you came to accompany me in all my journey and you are always present to console me in all my predicaments – You are my Comforter! May your name be glorified both now and forevermore – Amen!
Prophetic Message: You are Precious in God’s Sight
In Deuteronomy 4:32-34 Moses asked the Israelites “Ask now of the days that are past, which were before you, since the day that God created man upon the earth, and ask from one end of heaven to the other, whether such a great thing as this has ever happened or was ever heard of. Did any people ever hear the voice of God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as you have heard, and still live? Or has God ever attempted to go and take a nation for himself from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, and by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?” The Israelites were precious in God’s sight that is why God favoured them more than any other nations. Child of God, do you know that you belong to a chosen generation? Do you even know that you are precious in God’s sight? The Lord God has chosen you to bless you. He will not just bless you, He will equally use you as a channel of blessing to others. And it shall be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!

Christology: Jesus, the Master of the Law
We have so many lawyers in the world but our Lord Jesus Christ remains the Lawyer of lawyers. He is the Master of law. He not only interprets law. He is also the ultimate Law Maker. A rich young man came to him and asked what he must do to inherit the kingdom of God, “Good Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” After narrating the entire laws Jesus told him, “You lack one thing; go, sell what you have, and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.” The man was so attached to his wealth that he even went away sad. As the Master of the Law and the only one that knows the secret of heaven, our Lord Jesus Christ has given us expo on how we can inherit the kingdom of heaven. As we share our bread with the hungry we are paving way to God’s kingdom. Through our generosity God’s name will be glorified forever and ever – Amen!
Inspirational Message: Generosity is the shortest way to heaven. Selfishness is the surest path that leads to hellfire.
Prayer against the spirit of Selfishness and Stinginess: Almighty and ever-loving God, you are the Most generous Being the world has ever known. You are generous both to the good and bad. You made generosity the only ticket to heaven but unfortunately most people have acquired their ticket to hell fire through selfishness and stinginess. Lord, deliver us from the spirit of selfishness. Make us generous as you are generous. Grant this through Christ our Lord – Amen!
Prophetic Message: You are Born Anew in Christ Jesus
St. Paul describes those of us that are in Christ Jesus as new creature. As long as Christ is concerned old things have passed away! In 1 Peter 1:3-9 St. Paul declares, “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! By his great mercy we have been born anew to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and to an inheritance which is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you” Child of God, St. Paul is thanking God on your behalf. He is thanking God for your new birth in Christ Jesus. Indeed, you are a new creation. Your past is over! From today you life will bring glory to God and it shall be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!

Christology: Jesus, our Ultimate Reward
There is a reward for every good work. Peter wanted to know the reward of those who are following Christ. In the gospel of Mark 10:28-31 Jesus told Peter and his followers, “Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or lands, for my sake and for the gospel, who will not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come eternal life. But many that are first will be last, and the last first.” Whatever sacrifices we have made in our mission as Christians must be rewarded. We will never regret following Christ. He will not only reward us here on earth He will also reward us with eternal life in his heavenly kingdom. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!
Inspirational Message: Whatever sacrifices we are making here on earth is like storing our treasure in heaven. We shall be rewarded both here on earth and in heaven.
Prayer for heavenly Reward: Lord Jesus Christ, you assured us that there is a reward for all the sacrifices we make here on earth. Lord, we cannot do without the heavenly reward. As we serve you here on earth may we be among those who will be rewarded in your heavenly kingdom, through Christ our Lord – Amen!
Prophetic Message: Grace is coming to you!
Grace is unmerited favour. It is God’s free gift to humanity. Although grace is freely given but we must be dispose to receive it. “Therefore gird up your minds, be sober, set your hope fully upon the grace that is coming to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.” Grace comes through Jesus Christ. He is the source of divine grace. The best preparation for God’s grace is to gird our minds against evil and we must be sober. Child of God, as you open yourself for God’s grace, the Lord will surely bless you. He will fill you with His grace. His favour shall always follow you and it shall be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!

Christology: Jesus, the Rejected Messiah
The last time I visited Jerusalem I was surprised to discover that up till now the Jews still do not believe that Jesus is their Messiah. This rejection did not start today. Jesus himself predicted what his people planned against him. In the gospel of Mark 10:32-45 he told his followers, “Behold, we are going up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man will be delivered to the chief priests and the scribes, and they will condemn him to death, and deliver him to the Gentiles; and they will mock him, and spit upon him, and scourge him, and kill him; and after three days he will rise.” That was exactly what happened. Jesus was rejected by those he called his own. Their rejection did not affect his glorification. In fact, after three days He rose again from death and is now seated at God’s right hand. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!
Inspirational Message: No amount of rejection from human beings can affect divine acceptance. The more we are rejected by human beings the more we are accepted by God.
Prayer against the Spirit of Rejection: Lord Jesus Christ, you were rejected by your own people. Yet, their rejection did not affect your glorification. Lord, deliver us from every spirit of rejection. Do not allow human rejection to discourage us. May we be among those who will be accepted into your heavenly kingdom. Grant this through Christ our Lord – Amen!
PROPHETIC MESSAGE: YOU ARE RANSOMED
Ransom is the prize one has to pay for the remission of his debt or offense. As long as our sin is concerned we all are owning some ransom. Jesus came and paid the ultimate prize. St Peter declares, (1 Peter 1:18-25) “Beloved: You know that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your fathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot.” Jesus paid all our prize through his precious blood. We are no more indebted to satan. The devil cannot bring any charge against us. Jesus has set us free! To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!

Feast of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Christology: Jesus, the Son of a Blessed Mother
Our Lord Jesus is a blessed Child of God. He inherited his blessing from his Blessed Mother. Even before he was born his Mother, Mary was declared blessed both by the archangel Gabriel as by her cousin sister, Elizabeth. In the gospel of Luke 1:39-56, when Mary got the good news from the Archangel Gabriel she hurriedly visited her sister Elizabeth. “When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the child leaped in her womb. And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit and exclaimed with a loud cry, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.” One thing these two women shared in common is the gift of the Holy Spirit. Both of them possessed the Holy Spirit. But Mary was declared Blessed among women. She is the most favoured woman on earth. She is indeed the First Lady of the entire universe. Her Son, our Lord Jesus Christ is the Blessed fruit of her womb. He is the channel of all blessings. To him be glory and praise both now and forevermore – Amen!
Inspirational Message: A blessed Mother can only give birth to a blessed Child. Jesus is the blessed Son of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Prayer for our Mothers: Lord Jesus Christ, the visit of your mother brought joy to the family of Elizabeth. Through her encounter with Elizabeth your true identity as the Blessed fruit of Mary’s womb was revealed. Lord, we pray for our Mothers, that as they imitate Mary and Elizabeth in their sharing, may they experience the joy of motherhood, grant this through Christ our Lord – Amen!
Prophetic Message: No more Disaster for you!
Today is indeed a day of joy. It is a day of rejoicing. The prophet Zephaniah 3:14-18 declares, “Sing aloud, O daughter Zion; shout, O Israel! Rejoice and exult with all your heart, O daughter Jerusalem! The LORD has taken away the judgments against you, he has turned away your enemies. The king of Israel, the LORD, is in your midst; you shall fear disaster no more.” The first reason why you must rejoice is because the Lord has cancelled all the charges against you. So, there is no more judgment for you! He has taken the judgment against you. He has turned away your enemies. They will not see you again! As long as the Lord is in your midst you have nothing to fear. Those disasters are not for you. It shall be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!
