The Swedish winger joins Nottingham Forest from Manchester United as their second summer signing after the signing of Ola Aina.

The 21-year-old joins Forest for a fee in the range of £15m, signing a five-year deal that will run up until 2028. He initially joined Manchester United youth system in 2014 before making his professional debut towards the end of 2020/2021 season.
He would go on to make 55 appearances for the club scoring 4 times.

Elanga earned his first international cap in march 2022 and has gone on to make 12 appearances for Sweden scoring 3 goals in the process.

Elanga said on the club’s official website, “It’s a pleasure to be here. It’s a proud moment, not only for me, but for my family as well.

“It’s the perfect next step for me in my career, it’s a big step and I’m really looking forward to playing in front of the Forest fans at The City Ground.
