World record holder Tobi Amusan delivered a brilliant performance to win the women’s 100m hurdle at the Diamond League event in Stockholm, Sweden.

Amusan displayed impressive speed on Sunday night to win the race, crossing the line in a time of 12.5 seconds.

Amusan’s victory in Stockholm comes in after her second-place finish at the Lausanne Diamond League event last Friday and marks her first Diamond League victory this season having also won the Racers Grand Prix in Jamaica.

Sarah Lavin of Ireland finished second on the night posting a personal best of 12.73 seconds while Pia Skrzyszowska of Poland finished third with a time of 12.78 seconds.

The world record holder is also currently the African, commonwealth, and world champion in the 100m hurdle event.
