The Senate has confirmed 45 persons out of the 48 ministerial nominees sent to it by President Bola Tinubu as honourable ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The confirmation comes after the 48 nominees were screened by the Senate.
Senate President Godswill Akpabio, who made this known, said that three of the 48 nominees were not confirmed because of some pending security clearance issues waiting for further legislative actions.
The names are former Kaduna State Governor Malam Nasir El- RufaiHon. Stella Erhuvwuoghene Okotete from Delta State, and Senator Sani Abubakar Danladi from Taraba State.
