The Senate of Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State, has directed the immediate resumption of full academic activities in the institution.

The Senate, in an emergency meeting on Friday, September 29, 2023 reviewed its earlier directive suspending academic activities in the institution, a directive which was prumpted by protest over alleged increase in tuition fees leading to the locking of the campus gates by the students.

The suspension of academic activities, the university’s Senate said was a pre-emptive measure to avoid a breakdown of law and order.
