Fresh off an electrifying A.W.A.Y. concert in Atlanta, Davido wastes no time gearing up for his next concert in Nigeria – the highly anticipated Timeless Concert in Abuja.

Davido’s Atlanta concert was a success, leaving fans in awe with hits like “Stand Strong” and “Unavailable”. The night showcased Davido’s unparalleled stage performance vibe, connecting the audience with OBO’s super energetic style.

Now, all eyes are on Abuja as fans eagerly await the Timeless Concert at the prestigious Eagles Square. It promises surprises, electrifying performances, fun activities and the Timeless experience as the event is set to showcase Davido’s evolution as an artist and redefine Afrobeats once again.

As the excitement builds, Davido is ready to make history in Abuja on the 14 December, just as he did in Atlanta. The Timeless Concert is not just a musical event but a celebration of Davido’s journey and lasting impact on the global music scene.

David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, shut down the State Farm Arena in Atlanta with his highly-anticipated event Are We African Yet? Festival (A.W.A.Y Festival).

The show, which was held on Saturday, 18 November 2023, saw Nigerian celebrities and fans travelling all the way to Atlanta, Georgia for the show.

The first edition of A.W.A.Y. Festival hosted by veteran comedian Bovi had performances from many Afrobeats artists including Adekunle Gold, MayorKun, Musa Keys, Spinall, Victony, King Promise, Lo Jay, E Cool, and TXC.

Before going on stage, Davido said it had been a long-time dream to have his own show done in Atlanta.

“ATLANTA! A.W.A.Y. Festival is here!” he tweeted.

“I’ve been dreaming of this moment for a long, long time. To never have played my own show in Atlanta and then have our first one be the festival I’m throwing at @StateFarmArena feels perfect to me. Let’s have a TIMELESS night we’ll never forget,” he said.

Davido performed most of his hit songs with fellow artistes.

The Are We African Yet? Festival is a one-day show conceived to promote and foster cultural exportation and collaboration between Africa and the world.

Davido’s level of collaboration with US-based artists over the years has positioned him as a unique bridge between Africa and the world.

Earlier, the official X (formerly Twitter) page of the State Farm Arena confirmed that the arena was sold out.

While wrapping up the show, Davido announced his show at the Madison Square Garden, another iconic indoor arena in New York City. The MSG Arena show is scheduled for 17 April 2024.
