General Overseer of Faith Mansion World Centre, City of Testimony Ikot Eneobong 8 Miles, Dr Emmah Gospel Isong, has predicted that there will be old case files that will be brought against the Senate President Godswill Akpabio in 2024.
The Senate president will need his prayer team to pray against this surge of political and legal attacks against him; is like an old document brought out against him.
Isong, who stated this at the yearly prophecy of the church, also said former Governor Ben Ayade will get a political appointment from the Federal Government.
According to the clergyman, in 2024, The Lord says shall be your year to be “established and settled” (1 Peter 5 vs 10). “We have suffered enough. Nigerians would be settled in 2024, in their offices, ministries, marriages, homes, etc. People who have not had children, God will settle them with children. Those who have been cheated and jilted in life shall be settled,” he said.
Moreover, three things you should be doing this year: singing and praising God always, sacrificial sowing and reaping, wisdom and planning, he predicted.
In 2024, there will be globalization of the Nigerian banking system, he said, saying, Compared to what we have now, heavy improvements, globalization, improved standards of banking customer services and expectations.
The Lord is going to raise up a female minister of the gospel in this country to shake the leadership, he forecasts, noting that God is disappointed in the men who are timid and quiet, a ‘mad’ and bold woman of God will so shake this nation, and nobody will do her any harm. The Lord will protect and keep her to speak the mind of God.
“There will be a conscious effort by the Federal Government to ensure that Nigeria is not a dumping ground to China and other industrialized nations; a lot of banning of some Chinese and foreign products. Importers should brace up in 2024.”
Furthermore, he noted the Nigerian military will continually set up a sort of task force to clamp down on wrong use of military uniforms with very tactical policies against use their uniforms for criminal purposes.
Pray for the Lord’s protection on a former first lady in this country in one of the known states, as she will have a very challenging year.
Pray for a continuous cordial and brotherly relationship between Nigeria and Ghana. Few issues are going to come up and they will be a lot of xenophobia, trying to fight “Nigerians misbehaviours in Ghana.”
The year 2024 of course will be a wonderful year for Fathers and Mentors of Faith to visit Nigeria, indeed our City of Testimonies. The church will be so blessed delightful by these continuous visits with impartation never seen before, he said.
Frightening was his prediction that there will be a terrible release of obnoxious laws against Christianity, as some anti-Christ-like laws trying to clamp down on churches and places of worship will come up. But it shall be exposed and resisted, he said, as God is telling us to watch and pray against forces hindering the expansion of the kingdom of God.
In the home front there wil be revival of evangelism as more than 300 young men and women are released into missions – one of the greatest revivals we have experienced in Cross River, Akwa Ibom and South-South. Get ready for revival, he said.
“We pray for the governor of Cross River State that he will not have any need to call for a state mourning. We forbid all evil plans of the enemy in Jesus mighty name,” he prayed.
Pray also for the Rt. Hon. Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, that the Lord will dislodge all plots, as there are heavy plots against Mr Speaker, as the plots have been for long, and should pray that God gives him victory.
Also, he predicted a year of completion of uncompleted projects. Lord gives grace to complete many abandoned personal, state, federal projects in 2024, he prayed.
The year will be challenging to those who do not know how to give unto God, but for sowers in the kingdom, it would be a year of financial breakthrough, he said, saying this year God will pay you back.

The rains will come but for those who are not well prepared, the rains will fall at wrong times. Only God created the seasons and no man can predict.
He advised Nigerians to bind the spirit of violence and inter-tribal wars among communities, beginning from the Middle Belt to northern or central Cross River State, saying come against bloodshed in 2024 in Jesus mighty name.

There is going to be a lot of sponsored seminars and activities. Study the budget and understand its activities. Like a good footballer, he said, noting a lot of young girls will disappear in 2024 because the world will keep being wicked, but Jesus remains Lord. When a man tells you I love you, remember that Jesus has already told you, as John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
There is going to be a major intervention in the Russia-Ukraine War, and three other locations of war in the world, though it will come as a temporary peace, but the Lord will use that window of mediation for peace and tranquility in those regions, he said.
Continous increase of insecurity around small business owners, pilferings, stealings, vandalizm and burglaries, please ensure security and be watchful, he advised.
Pray for a lot of public and sports places (like the Calabar Stadium) against terrorist panic (though some found to be false alarm).
