Chairman of Etsako Central Local Government Area, Hon. Solomon Obomighie, has been acknowledged and recognized with an award by the management of Glamour International Magazine for his exceptional leadership and steadfast commitment to transparency and good governance.
The management of the news magazine, led by its CEO/Editor in Chief, Mr John Ehi Ikpea (JP), during the presentation of the Distinguished Nigerian Youth Award, praised the chairman for his extraordinary leadership qualities and a governing style that concentrated on progress and development, saying his dedication to serving the people of the local government with integrity and accountability is truly commendable.
Ikpea noted that under Obomighie’s leadership, there have been notable improvements in multiple sectors that mirror his vision for an improved and prosperous community.
The CEO said Glamour International Magazine salutes Hon. Obomighie for his dedicated efforts to advocate transparency and accountability in governance adding that his commitment to maintaining high principles of public service sets a positive precedent for others to emulate.
He however expressed confidence that his continued leadership will result in further advancements and positive results for the residents of the local government.
“Glamour International Magazine remains devoted to spotlighting and honouring leaders who value transparency, integrity, and excellent governance for the betterment of their communities”, he concluded.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Solomon Obomighie thanked and appreciated the management of Glamour International Magazine for finding him worthy as a recipient of the 2023 Nigerian Youth Award.
The executive chairman also reiterated his commitment to continue his monthly support for the elderly in the local government which he started since his assumption of office closed to a year now
He also promised to leave a lasting legacy in the local government by ensuring that the Central Modern Market project currently ongoing is completed in the shortest time.
