The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is gearing up to host its 56th International Conference and Exhibition (ICE). The themed “Managing People and Businesses for Resilience,” the event will bring together HR professionals from across Africa to explore strategies for navigating today’s dynamic business environment.
According to a stament by CIPM, managing people and business for resilient will be a gathering of global expert and industry leaders. The chairman of the planning committee, Kennedy Dike, described the upcoming event as significant for HR leaders.
Scheduled for October at the Chida Event Centre, the CIPM’s ICE is the largest HR gathering in Africa. The conference will feature renowned speakers and industry leaders who will share their expertise on fostering resilience in both people and businesses.
