Sevilla FC has secured the signing of former Leicester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho on a free transfer.

The Nigerian international, who ended seven years with Leicester this summer, is set to showcase his skills at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium.

Iheanacho, 27, started his career in Manchester City’s youth system before transferring to Leicester in 2017. He scored 61 goals in 232 appearances for the Foxes.

During his tenure at Leicester, he was instrumental in winning the FA Cup and the EFL Championship title.

The striker was also a part of Manchester City’s squad that clinched the EFL Cup.

Kelechi Iheanacho’s move to Sevilla is the club’s fifth signing of the summer, and he will join fellow Nigerian Chidera Ejuke at the La Liga side.
