Edo State Deputy Governor, Engr. Marvellous Godwins Omobayo has paid condolence visits to two bereaved families of staff.
The staff, Lucky Igbinoba, whose father passed on, and Moses Oboh, whose wife passed on recently, are both members of the Media Team of the Office of the Deputy Governor.
The delegation was led on behalf of the Deputy Governor by Comrade Victor Adefemi, Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to His Excellency.
At the homes of the bereaved families, the Deputy Governor’s condolence message was read.
Omobayo expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families. He said he was greatly pained over the irreparable loss of the deceased, Pa Sunday Igbinoba Ehiarinmwian, and Mrs. Helen Ihimekpen-Moses.
The Deputy Governor admonished the bereaved families to be comforted by the Word of God while praying for fortitude for them to bear the irreparable loss.
In their separate responses on behalf of their families, Lucky Igbinoba and Moses Oboh, appreciated the Deputy Governor for the condolence visit, stating that their families were relieved for the Deputy Governor to have identified with them and share in their moments of grief.
The Chief Press Secretary later presented undisclosed Goodwill to Lucky Igbinoba and Moses Oboh, on behalf of the Deputy Governor.
