Stanbic IBTC Holdings has disclosed that its 2024 Audited Half-Year Financial Statement for the period ended 31st March 2024 will be released as initially scheduled.
The financial group made this disclosure through a statement sent to the authorities of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).
“This delay is occasioned by the fact that we are currently seeking the approval of our primary Regulator, the Central Bank of Nigeria (“CBN”) for the Half Year Audited Financial Statements, following which the said Financial Statements will then be released to the Market,” Stanbic IBTC Holdings said.
Both Stanbic IBTC and the Central Bank of Nigeria are diligently engaged and working on how to resolve this little delay promptly.
The collaboration between Stanbic IBTC and CBN is to ensure that the 2024 Half Year Result will be published on or before 27 Friday September 2024.
The financial institution is making efforts to ensure it speeds up the process and provides stakeholders with the necessary financial information within the stipulated time.
