Madagascar has secured television broadcast rights for the country’s 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying campaign, including the highly anticipated clash against Nigeria’s Super Eagles
Madagascar and the Malagasy Football Federation have signed an agreement covering the broadcast of matches involving the Barea in the AFCON 2027 qualifiers.
The deal will ensure that football fans in Madagascar can follow their national team’s qualifying campaign on television, including the encounter against the Super Eagles.
Nigeria and Madagascar are set to face each other in a Group D qualifier, with the fixture scheduled for Friday, September 25, at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo.
The agreement between Canal+ Sport Madagascar and the Malagasy Football Federation is expected to increase access to the Barea’s matches as the team continues its campaign for a place at the 2027 AFCON tournament.
