Newly promoted Daurama Football Club of Daura, Katsina State, have officially commenced preparations for the upcoming Nigeria National League (NNL) 2026/27 season, with the club opening camp and beginning player screening.
The Daura-based side has invited active players from different states to participate in screening exercises as the club works to assemble a competitive squad ahead of its debut NNL campaign.
According to the proposed NNL calendar, the 2026/27 season is scheduled to kick off on October 31, 2026, with registration running from September 14 to October 23 and player licence collection from October 24-30.
The remaining league fixtures are expected to commence on November 7, with the season scheduled to conclude with the Super 4 Tournament from April 14-18, 2027.
The countdown to Daurama FC’s NNL journey has officially begun.
