A former member of the dreaded black-axe ,Lucky Osazee Enogheghase whose mother ,Madam Comfort Ebun Enogheghase was allegedly gunned down ,has taken to his heels , The Nigerian Observer gathered .
It was gathered that Lucky Osazee Enogheghase was a member of the dreaded black-axe whom the group wanted dead or alive following his renunciation as a former member.
Confirmed report revealed that the dreaded members of the black-axe confraternity stormed his mother’s house at No 1 Umamwen Street ,Ogida quarters in Benin City ,shouting “where is Lucky?”.
The cultists ,it was gathered , allegedly shot Madam Comfort Ebun Enogheghase ,mother of Lucky Osazee Enogheghase, killing her in the process ,leaving her to die in her pool of blood.
The Nigerian Observer further gathered that the ex-member (Lucky Osazee Enogheghase )who was inside the room when the blood thirsty members stormed the house demanding his whereabout quickly climbed the ceiling of the house to escape.
Meanwhile the corpse of the deceased Madam Comfort Ebun Enogheghase has been deposited at the local mortuary in the city.
The police in a statement made available to journalists in Benin City said the police have commenced investigation into the alleged murder of the deceased mother of ex-member of black-axe
It further said that the police had requested two occupants of the house and the son of the deceased woman ,Lucky Osazee Enogheghase to report at the police station to help in the investigation of the alleged murder.
The police further said that the command is making all efforts to arrest all suspects involved in the murder case.
Meanwhile , members of the dreaded cult group have vowed to hurt down Lucky Osazee Enogheghase for renouncing his membership of the dreaded black-axe confraternity.
