BENIN CITY – A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Mr. Stephen Osula is after the life of one of his workers and a member of the same party with him, Osadolor Kelvin.
A family source told The NIGERIAN OBSERVER that Osadolor Kelvin was one of the youth leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), he was popular and a grassroot mobiliser. The opposition party in Edo State, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) did everything to lured him to their party, an invitation he rejected. The PDP members then put Kelvin in their bad book.
The source said that, sometimes in January, 2016, Kelvin’s boss, Stephen Osula, an All Progressives Party (APC) stalwart gave Kelvin a brief case containing vital documents to deliver to his wife, Mrs. Osula.
The source further said that on his way to deliver the briefcase armed thugs allegedly sent by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) members waylaid him and he was severely beaten, they struck his head with the butt of the gun several times. He was seriously beaten and the armed thugs took the brief case and they left. Kelvin was rushed to the hospital for the treatment.
The source said that when Mr. Stephen Osula learnt of the matter, he did not want to hear anything as he told Kelvin, point blank to deliver the brief case to him within three days or he will face dire consequences. The PDP members, on the other hand are saying that Osadolor Kelvin will get the brief case back, if only he dumps APC and becomes a PDP member.
The irony of his matter is that Osadolor Kelvin cannot run to the police for protection as both forces tormenting him are powerful elements.
His whereabouts is unknown as he has fled for fear of be eliminated.
