Abuja – The House of Representatives yesterday called on the National Orientation Agency (NOA) to set up, without further delay, the War Against Indiscipline to be known as War Against Indiscipline ( WAl) brigade

Due to level of moral decadence in the society and the need to instill discipline among Nigerian people,
had necessitated the move by Hon. Ali Muhammad Wudil (Kano State) to move the motion on the floor of the House for the enactment of the WAl brigade

In his reflection, Wudil said that the National Orientation Agency (NOA) was established in 1993 to, amongst other things, to re-orient and encourage Nigerians to take active part in decisions affecting their lives as well as collective welfare.

He further explained that the reintroduction of the War Against Indiscipline (WAI) would require pre-emptive and pro-active approaches for success, hence the belief that the Establishment of WAI Brigade would be the appropriate machinery for instilling discipline in Nigerians.
