BENIN CITY — The Police have declared a twenty three years old male,Atoe Dickson want over same sex activities.
Briefing newsmen at the State Police Headquarters in Benin City,the Police Public Relations Officer,DSP Moses Nkombe said the the command arrested three suspected homosexuals.The arrested homosexuals,Onwnka Prince,Monye Samuel Chukwu and Hyacinth Vincent Omaharebho led the police to a location in Benin City on May 9,2016 where the police saw three young men naked in a compromising position,the young man,Itama Omon,Festus Osagiede and Kelvin Osadebe were arrested while the fourth one, Atoe Dickson escaped through the bathroom window.
One of the six arrested homosexual suspects who were paraded at the State Headquarters, Festus Osagiede told newsmen that they are homosexuals and they are all friends.He introduced the fleeing suspect, Atoe Dickson to
his gay partner, Itama Omon after Dickson’s girlfriend (name withheld), who his the daughter of a popular businessman broke his heart.
Festus also said that it was Dickson’s girlfriend that gave him(Dickson) the job where he is working now and it was at the job he(Festus) met Dickson.
He said that the broke up of Dickson and his girlfriend was too much for him and he started drinking and having emotional issues. He said that It was the emotional state that Dickson was,that made him introduced Itama Omon to Atoe Dickson.
While lamenting the increase in same sex activities in the state the PPRO,stated the the federal prohibition offence that carries a maximum of fourteen years imprisonment,is a taboo and disgraceful act,and that the police will do everything possible to arrest Atoe Dickson.He stated that the raid on people suspected to be involved in same sex crime will be a continuous process, while Onwnka Prince, Monte Samuel Chukwu,Hyacinth Vincent Omaherebho, Itama Omon, Festus Osagiede Kelvin Osadebe will soon be charged to court
