CHOBA (PORTHARCOURT) —Police in Portharcourt have declared middle-aged man, Samson Osawe wanted in connection with the death of his girlfriend simply identified as Doris Yusuf Ahmed, a Law student of University of Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.

Osawe who popularly known for his shoes mending was said to have been in to relationship with the deceased before the incident occurred on June 1, 2016.

The relationship between the two love birds ( Osawe 19 years and Doris 18 years) it was gathered was going on smoothly until recently when the deceased took in (pregnant) for Osawe, a development which created serious apprehension between two lovers as the situation will spell doom on them, particularly the deceased Doris whom sources revealed had been given out for marriage to another man upon completion of her education.

It was gathered that upon the discovery that she was pregnant, the Late Doris approached her lover who persuaded her not to terminate the pregnancy.

This according to the multiple sources did not go down well with Doris who insisted that she must get rid of the pregnancy, citing the worst illtreatment she would receive from her parents should they get to know of it.

Trouble it was learned started for Osawe when Doris allegedly took some dosage of pills unknown to him (Osawe) which affected her system.

Some of the sources who volunteered to speak with the press on condition of anonymity, said Osaew was in the kitchen preparing supper when he suddenly heard the voice of Doris screaming.

The sources averred that the loud screaming of Doris might have attracted a passerby who videod Osawe holding Doris on the floor.

Apparently piqued by the fact that someone has seen him, Osawe allegedly fled to an unknowm destination before the arrival of the police who later declared him wanted.

It will be recalled that Samson Osawe The who hailed from Edo State was once accused of attempting to rape his female cousin while staying with his aunt which was caught on camera and the video clip sent to his father who expressed bitterness over the matter.

Attempt by Samson Osawe to defend himself fell on deaf ears as his father disowned him, vowing to hand him over to the police should he (Osawe) comes anywhere around him.
