The Edo state police command have declared one Ebhomien Francis Osaromiyeke wanted over the recent violence misconduct and and attacks that characterised the Edo guber election at unit 002, Ward 2 in Esan West local government area of Edo state.
It was gathered that election going on peacefully when all of a Sudden some hoodlums suspected to be political thugs invaded shooting sporadically while voters scampered for safety before they carted away the ballot boxes.
According to our findings, the incident which resulted in apprehension and pandemonium in the environ was Masterminded by Ebhomien Francis Osaromiyeke who was the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) agent at the election.
He (Francis) a natibe of Ujiogba, was said to have conspired with the hoodlums to cause breach of peace at the election which many earlier viewed as very peaceful.
In a press briefing, the Commissioner of Policy (C.P) Mr Ibrahim Kpotun Idris, Maintained that, the police command got a tiff-of that Ebhomien Francis Osaromiyeke was the leader of the group that cause election any as such declared wanted in connei with the violence.
C.P Idris however urge any body with useful information that will lead to the whereabouts of Francis should report at the nearest police station as five million Naira ransom awaits the person.
Meanwhile, as at the time of filling this report, the whereabouts of Francis who was last seen at Eguare Primary School on 28 September, 2016 was still unknown.
