BENIN CITY – The Police in Benin City, Edo State are in a dilemma in trying to resolve the riddle sorounding the sudden disappearance of two brothers, Osazee Osariyekemwen and Ima Osariyekemwen and the murder of a middle aged girl, Aisosa Bello at the residence of her male lover, Austine Ighodaro Osariyekemwen in Benin City.

The two brothers are blood relations of Austine Osariyekemwen, a youth leader and an active member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Edo State.

The Police authorities have fingered him as a principal suspect in the sudden disappearance of his two brothers and later killing of Aisosa.

It was gathered that the Police authorities have however declared him wanted after he failed to honour invitation for him to come and explain his role in the sudden disappearance of the two brothers before his lover was killed in a mysterious circumstance on December 16, 2016.

In a new twist, father of Austine Osariyekemwen and other family members have accused chieftains of APC of complicity in the sudden dissapearance of their children.

Prior to the incident, Austine was a member of Publicity and Mobilisation Committee of PDP during the electioneering campaign, ahead of the September 28, 2016 governorship election in the state.

This position was said to have placed him in spotlight as his popularity grew beyond the state chapter of his party.

The cold war between him and members of the opposition party was said to have highthened when he incurred their wrath on election day after it became public knowledge that he had video recordings of electoral fraud and violence perpetrated at different polling units
by members of the opposition party.

Since the discovery, some chieftains of APC were said to have made several unsuccessful moves, including compensation to make him release the recorded tapes to them.

The tapes, it was reliably gathered was to be used as exhibit in the Election Petition Tribunal.

As at press time, The whereabout of Austine was unknown as calls to his phone were not going through.
