BENIN CITY – It was a cold moment on March 2017 for the family of late Mr. Idele Steven, member of the most dreaded Ogboni cofraternity in the country, as the secret society cult group has launched a manhunt for the late Idele’s son, Steven Osas over his refusal to be initiated into the occultic society in replacement of his late father.

It was further gathered that since Osas’ father’s death, the secret society group had been mounting pressure on him (Osas) on the need to be initiated into the occultic society as a replacement for his late father.
This development according to sources did not go down well with Osas who vehemently opposed the secret cult’s pressure basing his reason on his Christian religious faith which forbids him participating in any form of fetish activities.
Osas’ refusal was reported to have triggered series of threats to his life from the secret cult which led to him (Osas) disappearing to an unknowm destination for safety before he was declared wanted by the occultic society who vowed to spread its dragnet across the country towards apprehending him and made to take the initiation oath.
Findings by our reporter, however, revealed that the Ogboni cofraternity has pledged a bounty reward for anybody with useful information that will lead to Osas whereabouts, either within the community, country as well as offshore of the country.
