The authority of The St. Philomena School of Midwifery, Benin City has alerted the public over the sales of the school admission forms by some suspected fraudsters on the internet with a view to defrauding prospective students.

The school made this known in a statement signed by the hospital Administrator, Rev. Dr. Fr. Micheal Oyanoafor made available to newsmen in Benin City.

According to the statement, the school authority said it has discovered that some fraudsters who took pleasure in defrauding the public have created some websites on the internet to sell St. Philomena School of Midwifery, Benin City admission application forms online. The statement listed some of the websites to include www.benin-city.adsafrica.com.ng, www.cokoye.com and many more.

While disassociating The St. Philomena School of Midwifery, Benin City from the sales of the school forms on these websites, the school warned members of the general public especially prospective students not to have anything to do with the above listed websites as well as the sale of the school forms on the internet, adding that the sales of forms for admission into the school are not done online.

The statement advised the general public and prospective students to come to premises of the school to purchase the admission forms.
