Once in a long while in the human odyssey, forces come together but by no means accidentally to produce men or women of startling wisdom, talent and insight; people who go down the annals of history as change agents. Whenever such-like ones surface, the equilibrium of an era that witnesses their rise gets unsettled, for such change agents rise at the turn of an era and their works and preoccupations question, challenge, undermine and overturn prevalent beliefs and values—the pillars which support the structures of the existing system and make its obsolescence so stark that its collapse becomes imminent.
Change that ushers in a new human era splits mankind into three groups: the ones who advocate change in support of the change agent, the ones who oppose or resist change and the ones who sit on the fence and end up on one of the two sides. Change however knows no opponents; it crushes all who stand in its way and buries them in the rubles of a crumbling era to either die with the era or come out of its wreckage bruised and broken of spirit.
Change is mankind’s progress vehicle. Its fuel is ideas, but the ideas that drive human change of any particular era are minted by change agents who stay cocooned in the bowels of a dying era to incubate ideas for circulation at the turn of an era— when the ideas driving the progress vehicle of an era run out of steam and must be replenished for yet another lap of mankind’s progress journey.
Some change agents rise like stars but end up as comets; the impact of their influence last like a flash of lightning across the firmament. But some other change agents are like real stars and like literal stars, although they come in ranks and vary in their twinkle and glow, the light of their influence is enduring. They shine down constantly upon mankind even though dark clouds—the condensations of mankind’s evaporating despair sail across the skies now and then to intercept their illuminating rays and cast dark shadows over mankind.
Human stars rise upon mankind unannounced, but like the astrologers who were led by an unusual star to the greatest human star to rise upon mankind—Jesus Christ in Bethlehem, mankind is led to a risen star by uncommon developments.
I know an unusual development when I see one, but whether an uncommon development heralds the rise of a human star or comet is what only time decides. WHY 2021AD WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE END OF THE WORLD is an uncommon development—an unusual book, for it is not every so often that an author claims affinity with divinity and its author says he is The Holy Spirit made manifest as a man in fulfilment of Jesus’ promise in certain verses of Chapters 14, 15 and 16 of John’s gospel account.
A tall claim you may say—the kind to spark up controversy in some quarters of the World. This author however is a man of claims and the world had better be prepared to live with his claims unless it can dislodge them. Whatever the world does however, it would be foolhardy to pick a quarrel with the author on account of his claims because to do so would be like attacking a book and its author on the basis of its title and cover. Just as a book is judged not by its cover but by its content, the author’s claims should be weighed for substance against the scriptures, the grounds on which the claims have been made.
WHY 2021AD WAS THE BEGINNING OF THE END OF THE WORLD is about the Bible and mankind’s salvation and the author’s claims make him an authority on what he has written about until proven otherwise. No doubt in the months and years to come dissections on this book by critics will prove whether the author’s claims are substantiated by what he has brought to the table or not. But considering the nature of the author’s claims, it would take more than human evaluations no matter how erudite to pass concluding verdicts on him and his activities.
I can however state categorically that the author is no Bible commentator—not from an ecclesiastical perspective and certainly not from a scholarly perspective. Instead, I see in the author an expositor of Bible truths and a definer of time and age.
As an expositor of Bible truths, the author has illuminated and unveiled some of the most perplexing prophecies and passages in the Bible and made astounding revelations—such revelations as transcend heretofore held beliefs and understanding about God and his salvation purposes for mankind.
What however marks the author out as an outstanding religious figure and teacher in my opinion is the fact that he is authoritative. He writes about life and the Bible not like someone with another view or opinion that will fold under the critique glare or that will wane with time, but like someone with answers to questions that others, even the honored and revered in this field barely grope for understanding. He makes statements and declarations in finality—handing it to mankind as it were even as he claims to have been handed to by God and or his son and reminds one of the days Jesus Christ walked the land of Palestine of old and declared, “…My teaching is not mine, but his who sent me; if any man’s will is to do his will, he shall know whether the teaching is from God or whether I am speaking on my own authority.”(John 7:16)
As a definer of time and age the author declares 2021AD the beginning of the countdown to the end of the World. According to him, the year marks the end of a number of eras in the human experience, some of which go back six thousand years in time: it marks the end of a six thousand year rulership tenure that God permitted human kings to rule mankind under Satan; it is the year of God’s annexation of the earth for rule by his son, Christ Jesus and as proof of annexation, he—the author, has been made manifest as vicegerent appointee of God’s kingdom rule on earth; it terminates the grace slot under which God alloted Adam’s descendants temporary residency on the earth and also draws the curtain on the Christian era.
If believing Christians find this shocking, then they should wait until they have read the author’s definition of Christianity—a definition that leaves the billions who lay claim to that faith today practically in the lurch.
The author places himself as a beacon or milestone on the highway of time. Behind him are the past human eras and in front of him lie sprawl the New World order. In fact, I have had to wonder if there will come to be a new calendar system to reflect the year of the author’s rise, that is, if the world lasts long enough for mankind to give consideration to such concerns.
The author has in his book updated the good news of God’s salvation. While Jesus Christ remains the way to life, the author pronounces himself a gateway mounted on that way—Jesus Christ. This means that in addition to believing in and exercising faith in God and the ransoming power of Jesus’ sacrificial death, mankind desirous of salvation henceforth must embrace him—The Holy Spirit as the third and final keystone personality in God’s salvation purpose for mankind.
This teaching no doubt will ruffle doctrine as well as the feathers of leaders across all sects of Christendom as well as Jehovah’s witnesses, the only other organization outside Christendom whose doctrine and teachings are based on the Bible. Granted, the author presents himself as one of Jehovah’s witnesses, but his position is a departure from the mainstream views and teachings of Jehovah’s witnesses. The author however is neither contending nor contesting with the witnesses. He seems to be saying that he has come not to conform to but to be conformed to. He claims he comes in a capacity to alter the views of Jehovah’s witnesses in the same way Jesus altered the views of the Jews as a nation.
The author has thrown the trinity doctrine out the window. God is not triune or three godheads in one God as taught by the trinitarians. Instead, God the author states, is the one and only Creator. Next in rank is his son Jesus Christ, and now he—the author has been made manifest as the third personality in that order, next to the son even as the son is next to The Father. There have thus come to be three separate personalities who are harmoniously yoked together in the outworking of God’s salvation purposes for mankind, but the three are far from equals. God is the overall Creator. The son was created, then he was granted the privilege of becoming a co-creator with God long before he came down to offer himself as a propitiatory sacrifice for the sins of mankind in obedience to the Father and Creator. The Holy Spirit is God’s earthly or human son in the remaking—the link through whom God’s kingdom blessings are conveyed to mankind. In line with the above revelation, the author has replaced the trinity doctrine with the doctrine of a shared image between God, his Son and The Holy Spirit. Through The Holy Spirit, that image will be passed on to mankind who are approved by God to inherit the Paradise soon to be restored earthwide.
Put side by side with the views of contemporary believers especially in Christendom, the author may sound like an outrageous jabberer. But if you asked me, in a world as morally decadent as ours has become—a world where the import of Christ’s death and example is lost on even the billions who profess the Christian faith, and where people who claim to bear the torches of Christ’s light extinguish the flames thereof by their conduct, only a religious personality with ‘outrageous’ views stands a chance of making significant moral impact on mankind and offer sustainable hope to true believers. After all, Jesus Christ himself was not received with open arms by the Jews two thousand years ago and would certainly not fare better if he made another appearance on mankind today.
I personally recommend this book to mankind of all race and creed. For one thing, it is in my opinion, a book with the most authoritative position or voice on mankind’s salvation since Christ, and promises to be one of the most controversial written work of our time. In view of this, only by reading this book can mankind make informed decisions and choices that if the author is right in his claims may decide their eternal destinies.
For those of mankind who like me find the multifarous sects of Christendom out of consonance with the Bible and have a hard time reconciling Christendom with Christianity, this book dissolves the labyrinth of paths that lead to the endless sects that have made Christendom of Christianity.
In this reactionary publication therefore, the author seems to have found a new progress train for mankind and set it on a track to run counter to mankind’s progress journey of the past six thousand years. Could it be another human star has risen upon mankind or is he a comet? Only time will tell.
