LAGOS —Amidst a gentle breeze that carried the aroma of excitement, the grand halls of the Lagos Island Club transformed into a spectacle of elegance and celebration. It was a night of opulence and camaraderie as the Egbe Oduduwa Social Club, a thriving socio-political organization, celebrated its victorious general elections held in April 26, 2022.
The venue was adorned with vibrant banners and colorful decorations that depicted the rich cultural heritage of the Yoruba people. As the guests arrived, their glistening attires added an air of regality to the event. Laughter and conversations filled the air, blending harmoniously with the soft melodies of traditional Yoruba music.
The highlight of the evening was the swearing-in ceremony for the new executive members who would lead the club for the next three years. Distinguished members of the Egbe Oduduwa Social Club were now entrusted with the responsibility of steering the organization to new horizons.
In a significant moment, Chief Kolawole Alli, a figure known for his astute business acumen and political finesse, was honored with the prestigious position of patron.
